EXPERIENCE:

Robert Jarvis formed the"The Jarvis Appraisal Service" in March of 1981, prior to the forming of present "Jarvis & Associates Inc, he was with the Appraisal Service of Warrenburg, Missouri, where he received an initial training in the appraisal profession.

Mr. Jarvis has been a real estate appraiser for over 26 years and has appraised a wide variety including an access of over 10,000 single & multi-family homes during the last 24 years. He also has appraised light commercial, vacant land, both residential and

commercial. Due to the depth of his real estate background, he has been utilized as an expert witness in condemnation appraisals and other real estate related legal work.
